How to Fix Print Spooler Error
This error is usually caused by a faulty spooler service that queues print jobs and handles interactions with the printer. Deleting the print spooler folder may resolve the issue.
If you receive this "Print spooler Error shows" error for the first time, open the service window and restart the print spooler service.
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc and OK.
- Scroll down to find the print spooler service.
- Right-click the print spooler service and select Restart.
- And make sure the print spooler's startup type is set to automatic.
- If you don't right-click on the print spooler service, select Properties.
- Select "Automatic" under "Startup Type" and click "Apply".
- Click the "Recovery" tab.
- Change the entry as follows: - First failure: Restart service - Second failure: Restart service
- - Subsequent failure: no action
- - Reset the number of failures after 1 day
- - Restart service after 1 minute
- Click "Apply"
- Click the "Log On" tab
- If "Allow service to interact with desktop" is checked, uncheck it.
- Click "OK" and restart your computer to see if that helps.
